Will a Christian platform stop my campaign being removed?
Not by itself. Every public crowdfunding platform has a content policy and so does the payment processor behind it, so a campaign can be reviewed or removed anywhere. A faith-based platform changes whose judgement is applied, not whether judgement is applied. If removal is your main worry, a private request that was never public is a more direct answer than a different public page.
Do I have to be Christian to use GiveSendGo?
